At Etta Grove, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Please note currently we do NOT OFFER REFUNDS for purchases. However, we accept returns for exchanges or store credit.

-Exchange/Store Credit Eligibility :
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please ensure that:
1. The merchandise is in its original, unworn condition (please try footwear on a clean carpet).
2. The item is in its original packaging with SKU and tags attached (if applicable).
3. The request is made within 30 calendar days from the merchandise ship date (the date it was sent from our fulfillment center).
4. You have initiated your return/exchange by emailing us at ahoward@ettagrove.com, with "Return/Exchange" & your order # on the subject line.

-Exchange/Return Process:
To initiate an exchange/return within 30 calendar days of the ship date:
1. Please reach out to us via email to ahoward@ettagrove.com with "Return/Exchange" & your Order # on the subject line.
2. Carefully pack the unworn footwear and/or handbag in its original packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping container. If you do not have the original shipping container, please use an appropriately sized, durable cardboard box.
3. Ship the return to the following address (this is NOT a retail location):
